Botany, geology and mineralogy exhilarate his investigation of structure and fabrication techniques in creating a gestalt. His works, composed of wood, glass, stone, glass, and luminous inert gasses emphasize the intrinsic characteristics of the materials and confront the viewer with an otherworldly affect.
